For condominiums

Active protection in common areas, calmer daily life for the whole building.

redRAVEN is not about reviewing the past. Stairwell conflicts, tailgating, vandalism, and noisy situations are brought under control before they grow into real damage or tension at the next general meeting.

Condo module

Our comprehensive service portfolio

Here we highlight the modules tuned specifically for condominium operations: common-area oversight, operational response, and a provable chain of intervention.

Intelligent video monitoring with privacy-friendly local recording

Our system processes events using a dedicated on-site hardware unit. Footage doesn’t drift unchecked into the cloud; it is stored locally and encrypted. Residents gain peace of mind, and owners gain assurance that the system does exactly what it’s meant to do: protect the building’s values.

02

24/7 multilingual dispatch center

Technology is only as valuable as the human oversight behind it. Our operators are available 24/7 and record reports under strict protocol. When needed, they initiate the next step immediately—speaker warning, escalation, or patrol dispatch. For responsible operation, reports are linked to a resident identifier.

03

Active protection against tailgating and unauthorized entry

Stairwell crimes often begin with recognizable behavior: tailgating through an open gate, loitering without purpose, or repeated code attempts. When our system flags this, dispatch can intervene—sometimes via an external loudspeaker—while residents continue using familiar access methods uninterrupted.

04

Action against disorder, vandalism, and littering

Many condominium conflicts are not one big incident, but many small rule breaches. Event-based video analysis and noise-level monitoring help prevent problems from escalating overnight. We identify hotspots so the property manager can act based on facts.

05

Certified on-site patrol and response

If remote intervention isn’t enough, our professional patrol unit attends and closes the incident with documented actions. This isn’t punishment—it’s accountability: based on the report, the condominium can decide who bears the call-out cost, so rule-following residents don’t pay for others’ negligence.

Service architecture

Condominium solutions — how they work together

redRAVEN is not just a device—it’s a complete operating philosophy: the unity of detection, decision-making, and documented intervention.

Our camera system isn’t about terabytes—it’s about understandable information. With locally handled data, the building retains sovereignty, and owners can be confident the system reacts only to house-rule violations. This helps eliminate the trust deficit that often exists between short-stay operators and residents.
Our dispatch is not just “a voice”—it’s the building’s invisible caretaker. Downtown, multilingual handling is essential: neighbors and guests often don’t speak the same language. Protocol-based logging protects the building from serious incidents being left unresolved due to administrative gaps.
Tailgating and suspicious loitering are often the prelude to bigger crimes. If the system signals early, our dispatch can often stop intent at the root via targeted communication (e.g., through a loudspeaker). Residents feel none of this directly—their access remains seamless, while safety improves.
Wear and tear in common areas is costly. If the property manager learns about vandalism or noise days later, it’s already too late. Event-based detection and noise-level monitoring keep disputes grounded in facts. The goal isn’t punishment—it’s creating a shared, measurable basis for peace.
Our on-site response is grounded in professional standards. Our patrol doesn’t just “show up”—it leaves verifiable documentation: a photo-based report the condominium can use to assign costs. This ensures rule-breaking has consequences without burdening the wider community.

Stack layer

Technology background and innovation

Our modular platform combines modern sensors and algorithms with professional dispatch oversight.

  1. Precision sensor network

Our noise and motion sensors transmit only event-level metadata. This enables rapid signaling while meeting all data-protection requirements. For us, technology serves discretion.

    GDPR-ready24/7 Ops
  2. Featured AI layer

    AI-based event recognition

Our algorithms distinguish routine movement from suspicious behavior. They identify gatherings, tailgating attempts, and unauthorized presence—so our operators can act before incidents occur.

    GDPR-ready24/7 Ops
  3. Interactive reporting and dashboard

Incidents and measurements appear in a unified, easy-to-read interface. With filterable periods and reports, property managers and owners can make decisions supported by data.

    GDPR-ready24/7 Ops
  4. Legal compliance and operating protocol

We designed our operation to align with Hungarian condominium house rules, GDPR requirements, and Budapest municipal expectations. Our documented processes, data-minimization model, and traceable decisions provide legal stability for every client.

    GDPR-ready24/7 Ops
When designing our architecture, data minimization was the primary principle. We handle only as much sensitive data as is unavoidable for operations. Our focus is always on events and behavioral logic—not on observing individuals.
Our decision-support layer reduces dispatcher load: it contextualizes alerts (time, location, noise intensity), so we can focus on real problems. This ensures high efficiency and fast response across Budapest.
Digitized processes—from access to incident reporting—bring a level of transparency to condominium operations that used to be unthinkable. This transparency not only increases safety; it makes service quality measurable and accountable.
